We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and problem/solution-focused German speaking IT Support Advisor, with previous Customer Service experience, a robust understanding of first-line IT support, and an interest in the Foods Market. Our client works with a global Franchise company and is based in Buckinghamshire.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in handling incoming software and hardware issues, dealing with enquires, reporting trends and understanding when/if to escalate it to the appropriate individuals and ensure a continuous professional service. Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to a wide network of internal and external stakeholders.
- 1st line tech support with a focus on finding solutions
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Logging and resolving incoming inquiries via the Support Desk.
- Monitor product escalation and ensure appropriate and timely resolutions.
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in German and English (Polish an advantage)
- Strong Customer Service skills
- IT Savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
- A natural problem solver
