Job Title: Mandarin Speaking HR Manager
Location: Central London
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience
My client is a leading Chinese Company would build the UK Office.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with the Company’s business strategies and ensure they are up to date with current UK employment law;
* Plan, organize and participate in staff on-boarding, probation, promotion, etc.;
* Liaise with colleagues in China to ensure group wide compliance;
* Manage employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness;
* Manage recruitment activities to support the needs of business;
* Reporting of HR related KPI, data and statistics to Senior Management and Head Office;
* Manage work permit sponsored employees under the guidance of legal experts;
* Organize and develop staff training programmes;
* Mange employees’ payroll;
* Process HR related Invoicing;
* Other tasks assigned by Line Manager or Management Team.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience gained in the UK;
* Degree in Human Resources or related discipline will be a plus;
* CIPD Level 5
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;
* Excellent communication skills with people of different seniorities;
* Good organizational, time management, planning skills;
* Great numeric and literacy skills;
* Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
