The role
* Looked after individual retail customers and wholesaler by phone, email and in person at trade fairs
* Helped build trust in the brand through provision of dependable, high-quality customer service.
* Building long lasting relationships with new retail customers and commercial agents in Germany who sell their products
* Troubleshooting problems related to deliveries, accounting and credit control
* Key relationship manager for high-profile retail outlets
* Liaising with a team of commercial agents based in Austria and Germany
* Tasked with building confidence in the brand in the rapidly-developing continental market
* Representing the public face of the brand in Germany and Austria at trade fairs and at regular sales meetings
* Networking with buyers and decision-makers in the retail and design sectors to grow customer base
* Resolving customer service, regulatory, logistical and accounting issues on a daily basis
