Salary: 20,000€ basic + excellent onsite benefits (23,000€ basic after the 1st year)
Languages required: Fluent in French, English and knowledge of Spanish

The Company:
My client is a young well-known innovative leading international serviced accommodation provider, that operates in different countries.
Main Duties:
You will be dealing with the company customers (groups and individuals) handling multiple reservations in the different destinations offered.
The Role:
- To handle reservations in accordance with AA standards in a professional and personalised manner.
- To deal with all enquiries in a courteous and professional manner, taking every opportunity to close the sale.
- To maximise the hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating customer quotations and cancellations. Having excellent negotiation skills is crucial to offer customers different alternatives.
- To maintain excellent relationship with clients and providers at all times.
- To manage payments, deposits and keep a record in the company database.
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English to a mother tongue level. Knowledge of Spanish is required
- Excellent negotiation and organization skills
- Excellent IT skills: proficient MS Office
- Previous experience in similar industry in Customer Service. Knowledge of accommodation market
- Previous experience in similar positions developing relationships with customers
