Arabic Speaking Administration & Client Services Executive
Our client is a leading provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals, with UK, European, and global presence. They are working on migrating visa applications to a destination country onto an electronic form. This role will require high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure, and within a team. You will occasionally have client interactions to discuss application follow ups and updates.
Start: ASAP – Ideally immediate
Location: Central London
Salary: £22,000 – £23,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Entering data onto consulate electronic forms
- Maintaining accurate database records
- Cross checking completed work loads to ensure the data record is accurate
- Updating clients via email, phone, or face to face meetings
- Managing own time to ensure maximum efficiency whilst remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Managing electronic filing systems and scanning of files.
Requirements
- Previous administration and/or data entry experience
- Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken) – Essential
- Fluency in classical Arabic to native level.
- Proven excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
- Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel to other offices when required (within London)
- Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable)
