Title: Client Relationship Executive (Real Estate & Property Lettings)

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

A well-known British Estate Agency with a prestigious global clientele. This is a mainly B2C role. The company is very high profile indeed, with a well networked corporate clientele who need help securing rentals for their key staff when they are posted to London either alone or with their families. Your job will be to develop excellent working relationships with these Japanese executives who are relocating to the UK and are unfamiliar with London. Most executives come for specific set time-frames and are looking for short to medium term rentals. You will also deal with landlords looking to rent their properties to the business community.

The Role:

Working in the Japanese Team, you will:

• Liaise with Japanese business people who are relocating to London for work reasons;
• Help match your Japanese client up with the most appropriate rental for their budget and for family requirements;
• Advise on schools, transport links, local facilities and living “environment”;
• Meet potential tenants face-to-face or via skype to learn about their specific needs in terms of rental;
• Advise on lease terms;
• Conduct property tours;
• Liaise with the landlord and negotiate fees and break clauses;
• This is a target driven sales role.

Requirements:

• Fluent Japanese and English
• Previous experience of residential lettings sector
• Valid UK Driver’s licence
