They provide advice clients on schools, transport links, accessibility to work, information on London entertainment and anything that will help expatriates settle in quickly and make the best of, their time in London.
The Role
- Assist the Operations Manager in liaising effectively with Japanese speaking clients
- Manage a complex diary to arrange residential viewings
- Deal with lease enquiries
- Follow up with the clients and landlord to ensure related documents are properly filled and submitted
- Ensure the database is timely and accurately updated
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Degree educated
- Fluent Japanese and English
- Previous admin experience gained in an office environment
