Living and Working in Limassol, Cyprus

Limassol is a beautiful coastal resort in Southern Cyprus. It’s known for the centuries-old Limassol Castle, home to the Cyprus Medieval Museum and its collection of pottery and ancient artefacts. Major shipping & insurance companies are located in the city, all kinds of offices for property and building, lawyers as well as shops, restaurants, bars & hotels. There is also an active group of Chinese expats, hailing from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and all regions of China. They tend to network together via various monthly events. You will be certain to get to know like-minded expatriates and fellow Chinese quickly.

The Role

• Use your Mandarin daily to liaise with clients via chats, emails and phone calls
• Help to locate IT problems, researching answers and guiding customer as they use the trading software
• Manage customer complaints
• Provide information to customers on the company’s services and products
• Help with system/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading enquiries
• Perform general Back Office and Clients Accounting Department duties during night/evening shifts
• Update Customer records

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Previous customer care experience gained in an office environment
• Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis (00:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00, 16:00-00:00)
• Eligible to work in Cyprus

Remark: Relocation package could be provided to suitable candidates if applicable
