Salary: Basic up to £150,000 per annum + benefits

The Company:
This is one of the largest and best-known luxury real estate developers in UK. It’s a listed company and builds luxury corporate and residential developments all over the world.
The Role
You will be a key hire and be required to deliver the most appropriate marketing campaigns for London thereby helping to drive growth and awareness. Working closely with the Sales Director duties include:

• Team Management: Managing, motivating and coaching a team of 10 more sales and marketing staff
• Coordinate and lead weekly departmental meetings
• Identifying staffing or skills shortfalls
• Create innovative digital marketing campaigns, as well as all new marketing collateral to support real estate projects
• Work closely with the in house branding team, developers, legal team, advertising agencies and other third parties to proactively promote the brand
• Social Media: Develop digital and social media campaigns
• Have a real understanding of UK competition, the London property market characteristics and the costs of products and services
• Create marketing strategy to specifically target the UK clients
• Budgeting: Oversee budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Liaise regularly with Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Degree educated
• Fluent Chinese and English
• Marketing experience gained in London Real Estate or the property sector
• Team management experience
• Eligible to work in the UK permanently without sponsorship
