Pay rate: £20ph (equivalent to £38,000-£40,000 per annum)

The Company
This is a specialist role for a Recruiter who can build relationships with Universities and their recent graduates. This organisation is expanding fast and is looking for outstanding graduate recruiters who will find & establish relationships with recent graduates looking to embark on their first permanent role. This is a contract role to deal with a specific head-count project and will extend to at least 6 months work. You will liaise with some of the biggest and best Universities in the world offering their graduates unparalleled career opportunities.
Role
- Coordinate and attend University campus events and Road shows
- Register candidates and ” start a conversation ” with potential applicants
- Provide potential applicants with company information, literature and details information about opportunities
- Manage assessment days and large student events in order to reach as wide a student pool as possible
- Social Media; Use search tools to find and engage with recent top graduates or students about to leave University
- Use social media to speak to candidates, link up with student bodies, student unions, student Facebook groups, Instagram etc
- Proactively find new and innovative ways of engaging with emerging student talent
- Liaise with key University departments, specific lecturers and societies
- Use of Resourcing software: Use linkedIn and other professional recruitment methods to establish communication with the target audience
Requirement
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Experience in attending Graduate Road shows ( ideally)
- Fluent English + one other language
