Graduate Recruitment Officer (International Road shows)

TITLE: Graduate Recruitment Officer

Language: Fluent English and 1 other European language

(German, French, Arabic OR Italian )

Contract: Ongoing Temp role for a specific project

Pay rate: £20ph (equivalent to £38,000-£40,000 per annum)

The Company

This is a specialist role for a recruiter who is used to building relationships with Universities and their recent graduates. This organisation is expanding fast and is looking for outstanding graduate recruiters who will find, & establish relationships with recent graduates looking to embark on their first permanent role. This is a contract role to deal with a specific head-count project. You will work with some of the biggest and best Universities in the world offering their graduates unparalleled career opportunities.

Role

• Locate and engage with recent top graduates or students about to leave University
• Liaise with via social media, student bodies, student unions, facebook groups etc
• Coordinate and attend University campus events and Road shows
• Manage assessment days and large student events in order to reach as wide a student pool as possible
• Proactively find new and innovative ways of engaging with emerging student talent
• Liaise with University IT departments, lecturers and societies

Requirement

• Previous experience in graduate recruitment
• Fluent English + one other language ( french or German)
