Location: Brussels in Belgium

Salary: Between Euros 50,000 and Euros 65000 per annum plus outstanding benefits (flexible working, regular catered lunches, company car (+ fuel allowance), laptop)

Duties : Using the experience gained from guiding countless firms through the setup of a new workflow system, you will play a crucial role in establishing a post-sale client relationship, guiding new customers through unfamiliar tech territory quickly and painlessly

• Patiently & diplomatically walk clients through the post-sale technical enablement process
• Assisting with software installation (including configurations) on-site
• Liaising with clients via email and over the telephone in order to timetable their staff training sessions
• Guide, assist and look after the clients throughout the installation of the software
• Install integration tools
• Liaise with colleague globally for team meetings, training, and conferences

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components and hardware
• Experience of working with clients on software installation and configuration
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience with Java and/or REST APIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of working in Client facing roles, while having a background or an interest in Object-Oriented Programming
