The Company

1. is an exciting opportunity to join a young business that is flourishing and deals with all things related to Chinese tourism and luxury global travel. It is growing fast in line with the increased number of Chinese tourists travelling to Europe and beyond, so is a great opportunity to join the business at a strategically key moment in its development. You will be undertaking a mix of Client Relationship Management , Sales and classic PA admin duties and will be the ” right hand ” to the Director ,and occasionally the senior team too.

Please note that there will be some international travel in this role (20%)
Duties
Admin/Project management and PA duties

• Diary management, including international travel arrangements, organising visa’s, hotels, restaurants and client entertainment
• Produce reports, correspondence and manage a busy email in-box
• Liaise with external contacts, including liaising with clients diplomatically, paying close attention to relationship building
• Liaise across internal company departments including planning teams and engineering teams & reporting on ongoing projects
• Communicate regularly with HQ in China in Mandarin
• Track all budgets ( excel)

Client Relationship-Management/ Sales Duties

• Representing the business at client meetings
• Promoting the company’s services (consultative sales responsibilities)
• Bringing in new business for the company (via phone calls, email marketing campaigns) and attending face to face business meetings
• Liaise with the most important company clients and build excellent working relationships with them on behalf of your boss
• Oversee international projects and keep clients informed
• Help to ” onboard ” new clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Experienced in travel, tourism or hospitality
