Salary: Up 45,000 GBP (Depending on candidate´s experience)

Location: London

Languages: English, German and French (3 languages combined)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile, driven, resolutive and multilingual German and French Customer Experience Associate to lead the customer success of all European clients of a modern and edgy design start-up. As a client-facing division of the company, you are responsible for the following areas:

– Take full ownership of all your clients´success.

– Provide customers with delivery updates.

– Turn negative experiences into positive ones by quickly resolving product and delivery issues.

– Flag systems/processes that are not optimal and work towards implementing

improvement solutions.

– Identify and share opportunities to deliver a fantastic experience for the customers.

– Work with third-party contractors to provide customers with repairs and other technical services.

– Work with the leadership team, define and drive your career expectations.

– Conduct in person and virtual demos at our showrooms in London and elsewhere, which may require occasional travel to continental Europe.
