The role

• To be responsible for the performance marketing and digital projects of online planning and content production through main browsers and social media platforms
• To find new growth MK opportunities through local channels, including different channels (marketing, paid social, social media) and trends
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of cross-functional duties and align the marketing strategy
• To oversee a comprehensive and detailed analysis on performance marketing results in order to enhance the growth strategy accordingly

The candidate

• Previous experience in similar role for digital or tech companies
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent, in a similar field
• Broad experience in managing performance marketing for digital or tech companies or/and services
• Strong understanding of European market trends and behaviours
• Strong communication skills: fluent in English to a mother tongue level (written and spoken). Being fluent in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience working in an international environment with multicultural partners overseas in a cross-functional environment
• Deep understanding and passion for social media and video platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
