Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

Salary: Basic salary up to £30000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Central London
Contract Period: ASAP until end of January 2020 with possibility of turning in to permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours a week (8:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday)

This is an exciting company to work for! This company works with Chinese clients from across the globe who are looking to invest in valuable UK real estate. The company is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to support their office.
Responsibilities
- Taking inbound enquiries in a professional manner and transferring calls to suitable parties;
- Distributing posts;
- Managing and coordinating booking of meetings rooms;
- Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and in good condition;
- Meeting and greeting visitors, offering refreshments.
Requirements
- Previous corporate receptionist experience
- Fluent spoken and written English, knowledge of Chinese (mandarin) is a plus but not necessary
- Able to commit to the duration of this contract
