Title: Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance
Salary Basic salary up to £40k per annum + Bonus
Language: English (Chinese Mandarin is useful but not essential)

The Company
Our client is a specialist financial services company that provides bespoke advice on investment opportunities in the UK to international business people. The company has a very successful track record and is now looking to take on a Business Development Manager to help them become the leader in bridging finance industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop business loan book
- Identify Brokers and introducers around the UK (UK travel involved)
- Obtain referral for bridging and development finance
- Work alongside with Board of Directors for leads generation and follow-up
- Organise and manage the process of all finance deals to ensure suitability of security and recommending appropriate terms
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the bridging finance lending or specialist finance industry
- Proactive and excellent relationship management
- Valid UK Driving Licence
