TITLE: Swedish Speaker Customer Service Representative
SALARY: 18,000 GBP
LOCATION: Nottingham
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Swedish and English
We are looking for fun, engaging and customer-centric candidates to join a fast-paced Help Desk / Support Centre. Within others, your responsibilities will be:
- Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
- Providing excellent customer service (including inbound telephone and email).
- Helping customers logging and managing incidents within the incident management tool and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution.
- Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice.
- Dealing with complaints and escalations.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS
- Native standard in Swedish.
- Previous Customer Service / Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to engage with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills are essential in the role.
- Customer-service minded.
- Target-driven and willing to progress within Customer service sector.
