Salary: Basic up to €1500 monthly plus bonus and amazing relocation support

Our client is a well-established luxury property developer in Cyprus. They are now looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to set up their new team targeting Chinese customers.
The Role
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients from Asia including China;
- Follow up with customer enquiries through phones, emails or social media (such as WeChat);
- Provide newly available property information to existing and potential clients;
- On agreed sale/purchase ensure that you have the correct documentation in place;
- Ensure that all financial documentation, due diligence and anti-money laundering regulations are followed and that you Know Your Client (KYC);
- Travelling will be required to attend industry networking events and exhibitions in Asia to meet potential new buyers and existing clients;
- Translation of marketing materials from English to Chinese and vice versa;
- Keep updated of the property market trends (in sales and rentals) and know your competitors.
Requirements
- Relevant experience;
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Eligible to work in Cyprus without sponsorship
