TITLE: Mandarin speaking HR Manager
SALARY : From £50,000 – £80,000 + benefits
LANGUAGE: Fluent Mandarin Chinese
LOCATION: West London (Chiswick area)
DURATION OF CONTRACT : Permanent full-time role
COMPANY Global Anglo-Chinese company that is setting up a new entity in the UK and will be expanding rapidly. This is a generalist HR role and you will be required to help recruit across different functions. You will also look after all generalist HR issues for all UK/local staff, and legal issues around employment. Fluent Chinese is essential as you will be communicating with the China head office on a regular basis.
DUTIES:
This is an exceptional role requiring fluent Chinese in that the company is setting up its new office in the UK , so you will play a key part in defining HR strategies and culture. The role detailed below, will evolve as you take on more staff and the company expands. There are outstanding career opportunities for the right person.
All work will be in Chinese/English

• Working on the recruitment of key personnel and reporting to China daily
• Management of global as well as local HR projects
• Managing all HR administration, interviewing and the initial recruitment of new staff
• Setting up systems around the recruitment process, formalising/creating an employee handbook, ensuing best practice protocols are put in place around employee meetings, , performance appraisals
• Benchmarking salaries
• Researching potential L+ D partners
• Liaising with recruitment agencies
• Researching benefits so that this organisation becomes an employer of choice for the very best staff
• Ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Chinese and English
• Previous solid HR generalist experience gained in blue-chip company operating in the UK market
• CIPD or equivalent qualification
• Degree educated
• legal working visa
