A leading tech and e-commerce platform company that is growing fast and is now looking for a very experience Manager who can lead, coach and mentor a large team of executives. The company works across various mediums and geographies and is now looking to fill a key senior appointment who will be charged with taking the company forward in its European markets. You must have a technology background for this role.

Duties
- Managing a team of between 65-80 staff
- Mentor, coach and lead from the front, identifying staff skills shortfalls, and ensure that personnel are properly trained at all times
- Conduct appraisals, liaise with HR re salary reviews and disciplinaries
- Help drive staff productivity though strategic mentoring of the best talent
- Interview and take on all new staff
- Develop excellent relationships across business sectors and global teams
- Liaising with the digital marketing teams, including social media and SEO teams globally
- Constantly measure team success, analyse data, lead team reviews and manage operational budgets
- There may be international travel in this role
Essential Requirements
- Degree educated
- Previous experience of managing very large teams of staff
- Technology sector background
