This is an exciting business and a truly fabulous opportunity for someone multilingual with an interest in the new developments within education that are making learning for young people exciting, interesting and accessible. You will be working closely with the marketing department on planned promotional campaigns using your English and Arabic.
The role
You will be working to targets in this role:
- Lead Generation/Researching schools and universities all over the Middle East Market
- Looking through school websites to locate the decision maker, get an understanding his/her role in the company and finding their email information or contact numbers
- Making outbound calls (lead generation is 80% of this role) and speaking to prospective clients to introduce the service
- Booking meetings for the sales managers to attend
- Building a network of relationships with local government representatives, school governors, educational departments, and government officials
- Liaising with marketing regarding marketing email campaigns
- Producing a list of well researched “leads” that are passed on to the sales team to convert into revenue generating customers
- Sending out marketing information and all telephone or email-based follow-up
- Respond to inbound enquiries and requests from the company website
- Use social media as a research tool to find contacts within local government and city council
- Produce price quotations
Requirements
- Fluent Middle East Arabic and English
- Previous sales or marketing experience
- Happy to do lead generation and book appointments over the phone for the sales team
