Property Sales Consultant

Title: Property Sales Consultant (English).
Salary: £25k basic + potential over 20k OTE.

The role

Would you like to work in Sales? Are you ambitious, driven and love the property industry? We are looking for Sales Executives/Consultants to join a Team of Sales for an Overseas Property company.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Sales, either B2C or B2B, and will have a keen interest in the property market.

The person in this position is required to effectively manage inbound and outbound daily sales calls and generate leads through cold calling and prospecting, cultivating on-going relationships with potential clients, and propose services for these clients, culminating in the sale of properties.

Our client sells Holiday Homes mainly established in the Alps and other regions of the South of France. This is a lengthy sales process, hence why we are looking for a very consultative person, with outstanding customer care skills and proven sales experience.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

– Staying in close contact with potential buyers, getting to know and understand their personal requirements, preferences and budgets.

– Assessing your clients on the market and the properties that they have enquired about.

– Running through the whole purchasing process, helping the clients with the required documentation and liaising with mortgage companies in the UK and overseas.
– Producing a newsletter in English informing prospective buyers of new available properties in the market. Using social media marketing techniques to promote the properties.
– Working to reach sales targets.

Requirements
– Fluent in English (additional French would be a plus).
– Some sort of Sales experience, ideally within property, although other industries can also be considered.
– Keen interest in the property industry.
– Knowledge and interest in South France, specifically The Alps would be preferable.
