Client Team Manager, Luxury
This is a superb opportunity to work for one of Europe’s foremost, luxury Travel businesses. You will manage and lead their Sales and Client Team. Duties will include:
- manage and motivate the team to work effectively together as a team and that their interaction with clients meets our high expectations and reflects positively on the company.
- Continually review and improve the team’s processes and create and maintain a positive culture within the team
- Oversee the recruitment, training and induction process
- Drive sales and profitability targets through superior customer care
- Work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing and Local Teams to ensure that the overall product and service
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the skills and experience of team management and motivation within a Luxury or high end service, customer focused industry.
