Duties
- Providing members with the best customer care
- Providing members with the business information necessary to buy or sell wines internationally
- Creating and Providing reports to monitor stock for quality purposes
- Overseeing all trades on the platform
- Helping the Operations team with the daily admin tasks
- Working alongside the Sales team
Requirement
- Fluent in English and French
- A passion for wines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
