Our client is a leading seminar organiser. An educational organisation that promotes the success of teaching organisations such as schools, universities, and teachers.
These events provide premium networking opportunities in the higher education sector, providing the platform for vital conversations that will help shape the future of higher education.
They are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join their events marketing team.
you will support with the planning of campaigns and be responsible for data segmentation, database growth, systems and maintenance, and post event analysis.
Using a range of data tools, you will produce dashboards, reports and insights which will drive business decisions, reports, monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, and improve targeting for campaigns.
You will be the first point of contact for all daily reporting, stats, insight and be the go-to data expert for the events team, including guidance on best practice, data quality standard, and compliance with statutory regulations such as GDPR.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing team to develop a data strategy, that drives delegate acquisition and retention
- Provide marketing with audience insight, and effective segmentation, which leads to campaign success
- Create dashboards, graphs and visualisations to ensure effective communication of necessary data.
- Prepare high quality presentations for a senior management audience
- Collaborate with other data analysts in the wider business to investigate and implement systems to gather data from the most accurate data sources for reporting, optimise use of resources and share best practice.
- Provide a 360 view of the company’s data such as customer journey, trend analysis, segmentation and audience profiling
Requirements:
- Fluency in English to high standard (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in a similar customer or marketing database team
- Good understanding of database, CRM, sales and marketing principles.
- You must be highly numerate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to work with a very large and global database.
- You will have a logical and methodical mindset with great attention to detail, you need to have the ability to interpret relational database structures.
- An understanding of Data protection and its importance
