Training Manager, Dubai
Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to lead and implement innovative training programs and materials to employees across all of their business.
The client is a high end Food & Beverage organisation which is Asia Pacific focussed. One of their growth regions is the UAE and Dubai, in particular.
You will work very closely with the HR Manager and other senior management to constantly improve and develop the current staff and help build customer experience and loyalty.
Main duties are:
- monitor and analyse the effectiveness of learning and development programs to create a culture of continuous development.
- work closely with store managers and franchise manager in a collaborative manner, focusing on the overall success of the business and the customer satisfaction.
- conduct field coaching regularly to ensure that all standards of service are followed at all levels and provide constructive feedback to the concerned stakeholders to ensure corrective actions.
- prioritize learning plans within available resources and collaborate across the network to deliver regular refresher trainings on all customer touch points and brand standards.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in providing modern, effective Training solutions to organisations ideally within the Food & Beverage sector.
