The role

Working in a successful global FX team of around 600 staff you will and very closely with the Head of China Desk you will. This is a B2B financial sales role.

• Build a portfolio of corporate clients executing a range of different products (this will include FX hedging, lending, payments & cash management)
• Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.)
• Work on a variety of trading platforms including Bloomberg.
• Research and learn about the competition’s capabilities and service gaps
• Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high margin products and increasing wallet-share.
• Attend face to face meetings with clients
• Develop excellent client working relationships built on trust
• Attend networking events internationally. There will be some travel in this role
• Develop new business and ask for business referrals based on the excellent service that you provide

Requirements

• Previous Financial Services sales experience (gained in banking of within FX brokerage firm)
• International experience (gained in HK, Shanghai or in Europe) is an asset
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
