We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and problem/solution-focused German-speaking Distribution & Supply-Chain Manager that will cover the Swiss & German market. Our client works with a global Franchise company and is based in Neuss, Germany.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise in handling distribution of supply-chain management, identify and communicate significant improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, work closely with the internal support team on advising on promotion, price changes, and new products. Importantly, you must have a natural ability to build long-lasting relationships with various stakeholders.
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience or a degree relating to supply chain & distribution
- Experience of working in a franchisee environment would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
- A natural problem solver
