The role
The role is a mix of team management and coaching with practical day to day client contact
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Full responsibility for operational management of a team of Help Desk customer services staff
- Oversee, coach and mentor team members
- Identify skills short falls and organise specialist training where necessary
- Undertake appraisals and liaise directly with HR and others in the senior team
- Recruit new staff
- CLIENT CONTACT : Direct global client contact
- Contact with re-seller partner agents across Australia and also South Africa
- Deal with client escalations and resolve technical issues
- Answer client queries
- Liaise with management teams across all parts of the business in order to get much more involved operationally
- Ensure the client experiences the very best in friendly and capable customer care at all times
Requirements
- Previous team management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Fluency in one European language (French, German, Dutch or Swedish)
