Icelandic Speaking Customer Relationship role
Title: Icelandic Customer services role
Salary: up to £24000 + Outstanding benefits
Contract type : permanent
Location : Uxbridge
Duties:
* 90% dealing with customers over the telephone
* Working in a team of multilingual customer services personnel and taking a small number of high-value inbound calls from key customers and clients
* Dealing with clients across the UK and also in Iceland
* Translating and interpreting where necessary
* Liaising with the warehouse regarding shipments of goods and all export and logistics documentation
* Managing long-term relationships with distributors, sales representatives and specialists
* There is the opportunity to travel to Iceland in this role
* General logistics work
* Full use of excel in order to manage and also track deliveries, as well as Word to produce correspondence and also MS Outlook to manage the flow of emails on a daily basis
* Providing all your customers with the best possible customer service at all times
The role is a mix of client service and relationship management.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Icelandic
* Relevant admin /office-based experience
* Degree educated (Ideally)
