Underwriter – Bridging Finance
Title: Underwriter – Bridging Finance
Salary to £60k + bonus
Language: English (Mandarin Chinese is useful, but NOT essential)

The Company
Specialist financial services company that provides bespoke advice on investment opportunities in the UK to international business people. The company has a very successful track record and is now looking to take on a new staff member to join their expanding Underwriting Team.
The Role
- Management of the entire Lending Process from application to drawdown
- Overseeing the due diligence process
- You will have full oversight of all processes across the team
- Action new lending requests
- Analysis of credit worthiness
- Prepare credit proposals and then approve loans against agreed lending criteria
- Liaising with external brokers, surveyors, lawyers and clients
- Manage internal communications
Requirements
- Solid underwriting experience (you must have held an Underwriting Mandate)
- Experience in bridging or development finance
- Fluent English
