Contract: 6 months (with a possibility to extend or convert to permanent)
Pay rate: £20.00 per hour + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £40,000 per annum)
My client is a world leading business in ecommerce sales, they are currently looking to expand their EMEA In-House Recruitment team. Due to business growth in the DACH region they are looking for a German speaking recruitment coordinator to support with recruitment for their Graduate Recruitment Program.
The right candidate would be passionate about engaging with universities, and connecting with BA, MA, and MBA students about outstanding opportunities to work for a truly global business.
You will be part of an International Recruitment Coordinators team and will support multiple Recruiters who oversee tech and non-tech intern and graduate hiring in EMEA.
Responsibilities of the role
- Engage with students on-campus and in the recruitment process, providing excellent customer service.
- Support with the company’s on-campus events and on-site assessment days
- Schedule dairies and on-campus events, and assist and manage the EMEA shared mailbox
- Conduct assessment of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios – send assessments to prospective candidates
- Help with assessment coordination, events and internship events planning and support and campus coordination
- Supporting the administration of the agreements and local contracts.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders such as students, universities, vendors.
- Support recruiters in driving talent acquisition strategies.
- Work with tools and systems and supporting reporting using Excel and Word and internal ATS
- Fine tune standard processes for talent acquisition that fits within the company’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer required skills
Requirements
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Fluency in German or Experience of working with German clients (Preferably universities)
- Previous experience in any of the following areas: project management, project administration, business support, in-house or agency recruitment, candidate resourcing.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced high-volume business and commercial setting, administration, scheduling, diary management, compliance
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work your own initiative
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
