Title: French speaking Customer Services Advisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £20,600 p.a.

An e-commerce platform which specializes in providing excellent customer service and fast delivery of products for your beloved pets. The business is growing substantially and with the ever-increasing demand from other countries, they are now looking for a French speaker to join their animal loving, fast-paced and customer-centric team.
Within others, your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing support for customers from the UK and France
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolving customer queries (arrival times, promotions and payments, returns)
- Liaising with 3rd parties responsible for delivery, storage, supply
The suitable candidate will have:
- Fluent French and English to a mother tongue level
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Passion for animals
