Marketing Manager
Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Performance based bonus
Our client is a headhunting firm founded in 2016 and focusing on finance. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to create a marketing plan in order to maximise revenue by developing and executing marketing campaigns which promote the company. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals with desire to succeed as the company as a lot of projects in mind.
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing a marketing plan
- Managing and reporting on the marketing budget
- Developing the brand identity and generate awareness online and offline
- Gathering, analysing, and discussing market trends and data with colleagues and clients
- Conducting research and analysis to identify and define audiences
- Lead generation campaign
- Monitoring, managing, and reporting on campaign performances
- Maintaining websites and report on analytics
- Content optimisation and creation (Text, video, photo…)
Candidate profile:
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong content portfolio
- Ability to work autonomously with strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successful lead generation
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and/or finance ideal but not necessary
