We are searching for a Spanish speaker looking to take their career to a next level within a fast-paced and multinational organisation. The right candidate must have very strong commercial skills, the ability to establish and nurture client relationships, as well as passion for IT/Tech/Software. Understanding and interest in Media and Digital Marketing is a big plus.

The role

Within others, your responsibilities will be:
– Deliver excellent account management to your territories (Spain & Latam).
– Understand client’s marketing objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
– Identify upsell opportunities and provide strategic long-term recommendations.
– Own quarterly revenue goals.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
– Work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing and Support organisations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
– Display clear understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
Required skills/experience
– Fluency in Spanish and English.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– At least 2 years of solid Account Management/Client Relationship experience.
– Understanding and interest in Tech/Software/IT is a plus.
– Client focused and pro-active, as well as able to do presentations.
– Strong analytical skills to collect business needs and monitoring/identifying trends in data.
– The ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimisation.
– Creative, and with problem-solving abilities.
– Team player. Able to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
