Role: Italian Speaking Business Assistant
Contract: 1 year fixed term
Salary: £30,000

Our client is a public sector government agency, which promotes international national business activity global, and aims to attract foreign investment. The agency has offices across the globe, and it provides information, assistance, consulting services, promotion, and training, to small and medium size national businesses operating internationally. This role will be based in their London office, and will involve providing business support to their Foreign Investment Specialist consultant. The role would suit a candidate who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills, with previous experience in a support role.
Responsibilities
- Help with the organisation of workshops, seminars, and events
- Support in general office clerical activities;
- Support with using the main online platforms used by organisation and provide assistance to trade analysts;
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties to support the Foreign investment Specialist as required;
- Provide sales Support – investor management and progression,
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Assist with the local implementation of marketing plans, including supporting Partner Events, PR, use of social media etc
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point etc …)
- market research, sales and marketing support, or general business support experience highly desired
- Excellent time management through planning skills
