Salary: Basic up to £48,000 per annum

Our client is a fin-tech company that help entrepreneurs to set up multi-currency business accounts. They are now expanding their operation across the UK and Europe. They are now looking for a Mandarin speaking Community & Partnerships Manager to support their growth. You will be one of the first employee in their London office and the role will offer great opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company in the region and possibility to make a huge impact.

Responsibilities

• Build up a network of partners and work on various partnership opportunities with them, such as: affiliate partnership, content marketing, or perks for customers
• Organise events to generate brand awareness and build out the community. The events can vary from small-scale educational seminars to large scale conferences or networking events
• Represent the Company at relevant trade shows and industry events
• Establish the company as a leader in cross-border trade between the UK/Europe and China

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in organising events;
• Self-starter, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset;
• Knowledge and connected within the European startup ecosystem
• Well-connected in the cross-border trade and / or China-Europe business ecosystem
• Previous work experience in China and/or Hong Kong would be a plus
• Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions
