Marketing Director (Property)

Job Title: Marketing Director

Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Basic up to £150K per annum

The Company:

Our client is one of the luxury real estate developers in the UK. It’s a listed company and builds luxury corporate and residential developments all over the world.

They are now looking for a Marketing Director to lead their Marketing Team to deliver the most appropriate marketing campaigns for London and help to drive sales growth and brand awareness. The position will work closely with the Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Managing, motivating and coaching a team of 10 more sales and marketing staff
• Coordinate and lead weekly departmental meetings
• Identifying staffing or skills shortfalls
• Create innovative digital marketing campaigns, as well as all new marketing collateral to support real estate projects
• Work closely with the in-house branding team, developers, legal team, advertising agencies and other third parties to proactively promote the brand
• Social Media: Develop digital and social media campaigns
• Have a real understanding of UK competition, the London property market characteristics and the costs of products and services
• Create marketing strategy to specifically target the UK clients
• Budgeting: Oversee budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Liaise regularly with Board of Directors

Requirements

• Degree educated;
• Previous marketing experience gained in the UK real estate or property sector is a must;
• Experience managing a team;
• Fluent English, Chinese (Mandarin) or Arabic would be a plus;
• Eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
