Hrs per Week: 37.5 (shift work, may include weekends)
Salary: Up to £22,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful French Speaking Customer Support Advisor, with previous Customer Service experience. Our client works within the Healthcare Service and is based near Kingston-Upon-Thames.
In this role, you will utilise your expertise in handling incoming enquires, reporting trend information when required, and ensure a continuous professional service. Amongst others, some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Replying to email and telephone enquiries in English and French
- Contacting customers with updates about orders or enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries, technical queries etc
- Proofreading and translating marketing materials from English to French
Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Proactive and resourceful approach to tasks
- Passion for high standard service delivery
