Our client, a Chinese luxury property developer, is looking for a Financial Controller to join their London office.
*Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Accountant role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports
- Analyse financial data
- Monitor internal controls
- Participate in budgeting processes
- Manage financial transactions
- Coordinate audit processes
- Liaise with HQ in China
Requirements
- Degree educated in accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience in property industry is a must
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese Mandarin is a plus
- Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
