Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Business Assistant
Salary: Basic Salary up to £35K depending on experience

The Company
Our client, a Chinese international investment company, is looking for a dynamic and bright Business Assistant to support their Chairman and business operations department. This is a great opportunity to grow within the company and work directly with senior management.
Your main responsibilities will be providing PA support to the Chairman and office management:
- Translate documents from Chinese to English and vice versa
- Diary management including international travel and visa coordination
- Provide support to office receptionist when necessary
- Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls
- Ensure data in the filing system is updated and accurate
- Manage office supplies
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations team to support:
- Business analysis
- Business development activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in office admin or PA ideally gained in the UK
- Proactive and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Flexible
- Organised and reliable
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese Mandarin and English
