Basic Salary – £40,000 Basic + Bonus OTE £60,000
Location – Chiswick,West London

Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager
Very strong technician, coming from a development background who can still be hands-on
Excellent understanding of current and upcoming mobile development technologies
Responsible for dealing on a day to day basis with customers via various way of communication such as email, telephone, conference call, visiting etc
Experience of leading teams, delivering mobile products and supporting platforms
Maintain and build relationships with merchants and clients
Detailed knowledge of mobile phone repair, including the relevant parts and the process of repair
Knowledge of smartphone industry or other industry with short product life cycles (6 months)
Work to maximise performance and overcome challenges
Skills and Qualifications of an Aftersales Manager
5 years of experience in consumer electronics after sales network operations is preferred
Expertise in Assembly / Repair of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, etc.
Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to do business trips
Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
