This is an exciting opportunity to join a famous TV and documentary maker based in BERLIN, in Germany. The company is growing fast and is now looking for a bilingual GERMAN-ENGLISH speaking SALES MANAGER to help increase their visibility and generate fresh sales revenues from their portfolio of existing corporate clients . The role is a mix of new business development (with general upselling and cross selling of additional services such as an extra day of filming, more engaging content or their loyalty scheme) and portfolio relationship management etc . TITLE: BERLIN based German Subscriptions Sales Manager
LOCATION: BERLIN in Germany
Work style: This is an office based role
Hours : 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
Salary : Eu 48,000 p/a -+ double OTE( expected earnings in year one will be £90k) + generous holiday ( 25 days + 8 bank holidays + additional closure over Christmas)

Essential requirements: German to native standard, previous media sales experience
DUTIES:
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to create visually impactful content for your clients
- Make sales calls: Courtesy call clients , get to know what their requirements are
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the DACH region and across the globe
- Undertake market research
- Attending media related networking events
- You will be working towards sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Negotiate film time, costs, add-ons and pricing with potential clients
- Build a healthy ” forward sales “pipeline to ensure you are always exceeding your targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- An interest in media, film and content creation
- 2 years+ of previous sales experience (ideally in media/ subscriptions): ESSENTIAL
- Familiarity with selling to decision makers at c-suite level
- Fluency in English and German
