Title: New Business Developer
Location: Barcelona in Spain
Languages: ENGLISH with either :Czech, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish , Dutch, Finnish Romanian
Salary : Euro 35,000 + 1/4ly performance bonus’s ( usually around Eu6,000 per annum)
Relocation Package : Yes a relocation package of 10% of annual salary is available
Visas: You must have the right to work in Spain. The company does not offer sponsorship
Additional benefits : 23 DAYS HOLIDAY + 12 Spanish Bank holidays ( total of 35 days annual leave a year)
Start date : 7th January ideally
Work style: Office based .9-5pm OR 10-6pm

Duties : to grow sales through finding and calling new independent retailers , This is a 100% new business development role
- Working in a target-driven environment of adding 1 new retailer per week
- Making 60 outbound “dials “per day to hit target
- Research new independent retailers . There are some warm leads available
- Send out free samples
- Explain the product range and delivery opportunities
- Develop a promotion plan to ensure that the customer’s retail sales begin to build as soon as they receive the merchandise.
Requirements ;
- English + ANY: (German/Dutch/Italian/Spanish/Finnish/Portuguese/Romanian )
- Outbound calling or telesales experience
- Happy to be based in Barcelona
- Permission to work in Spain
- Degree educated (ideally)
