Mandarin Trainee Property Sales
Title: Mandarin Speaking Trainee Estate Consultant
Salary : £24,000-£26,000 (depends on experiences) + Commission (OTE £35,000 – £40,000)
Location: Central London (Hybrid 9am – 5pm)
Visa Requirement: For the candidates who require visa sponsorship in the future, you need a minimum 1.5 year left on your current visa.

Key responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Any previous customer-facing sales experience is beneficial but not required
- “Can-do” attitude, natural relationship builder
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
