In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for onsite candidates, ensuring their interview day runs smoothly from start to finish. When not greeting and escorting visitors, you’ll play a key part behind the scenes-scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and supporting recruitment operations across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and escort candidates throughout their onsite interview experience
- Set up interview rooms and support technical needs
- Provide a professional and positive experience for all visitors
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, send confirmations, and manage logistics
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calendar tools and video conferencing tech
- Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
