With requests for translations and interpreting projects growing in number each week, the decision reflects the company’s response to broaden its offer and improve the accuracy, speed and level of service it can offer clients.

The team at Appointments Bi-Language have been preparing for the launch since 2010, when they began building their unrivalled network of translators and interpreters, covering a wide range of specialisms including legal, marketing and PR through to financial, scientific and pharmaceutical. Complimented with two experienced and dedicated project managers, Nicole hopes that the time, money and efforts invested in building the desk will ensure that the venture is a success: “we have invested in top notch systems allowing for automated workflows and with a committed and experienced team in place, I am extremely confident that we will be able not only to improve the level of service we offer to our current translation and interpreting clients, but also to expand the number of clients we can offer these services to”.
